I honestly don’t know where to begin with this pharmacy’s dispensary. It takes an incredibly long time to get prescriptions filled, and even when I receive a text notification saying my order is “ready for pickup,” it never actually is. Instead, I end up waiting another 15–30 minutes because “we got busy” or “it’s taking longer than usual.” If it isn’t ready, don’t send the notification. One thing I’ve consistently noticed: when the Asian pharmacist is on duty, everything runs smoothly. When they’re not, it becomes completely disorganized, and there’s no clear sense of when prescriptions will actually be ready. Over the past month, every single visit has been the same story. When I raised this directly with a pharmacist, the only explanation I got was, “It’s a system thing,” which doesn’t address the ongoing issues. While I understand the need for accuracy and safety, the process here feels inefficient and inconsistently managed. I’m clearly not the only one experiencing these delays, everyone waiting in line ends up dealing with the same confusion, whether it’s due to understaffing, poor training, or lack of workflow management. If a manager is reading this, I sincerely hope you review how this dispensary operates and take steps to improve the experience for your customers. As of today, this was the final straw. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I have been visiting this location over a year now, and I want to recognize the exceptional service I receive every single time from Atefa in the cosmetics department. She is always incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping customers. No matter how busy it gets, she greets everyone with a warm smile and gives her full attention. Atefa is extremely knowledgeable about the products she works with, and she has helped me so many times find exactly what I need. Her professionalism, expertise, and truly caring attitude make every visit a wonderful experience. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond, but Atefa does that every day. Thank you, Atefa, for your amazing service and for making my visits to Shopper Drug Mart so pleasant. The store is very lucky to have you.
Five Stars for Daisie! She is an amazing pharmacist. Very knowledgeable and compassionate person. She goes beyond just filling out prescriptions. I am forever grateful for her life changing suggestion about my health concern.
Very disappointed with the customer service. I called this Shopper Drug Mart today regarding my prescription refill. The lady on the phone was very rude — she didn’t even let me finish my question and quickly said “bye” and hung up. I was speaking politely and just needed help, but her behavior was very unprofessional. Customers call because they need support, not attitude. Please train your staff to communicate respectfully.
Usual shoppers drugmart with the exception of the pharmacy. Daisie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. Huge shout out for helping us out Daisie, you are a gem.
Daisie at the pharmacy is absoutely amazing.i took my daughter for an allergic reaction that resulted in hives and itching and she was extremely helpful. It was so lovely how sweetlyand professionaly she dealt with us! If i could give more than 5 stars i would!
