I went to get my eyebrows and upper lips done here. First of all I had the lady give me like a nasty look as if Im some creature. Secondly, the thread kept breaking and she made a comment saying " Are you serious right now?" and she was like why is your eyebrow hair so thick. We are in Canada where you are supposed to cater to people of all ethnicity and needs. If your thread breaks I suggest getting maybe better quality ones and not blame my thick brow hair. This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend for anyone to go unless they want their day ruined. (Also she did not do a good job on the eyebrow).
Went there to do threading.. at 6:05, and I when I walked in they told me they are closed however their signage says they close at 7:00. And ladies do not wax when if you go there, they're very very rough.
Fazia is awesome at this location!! She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, curtious . It's a pleasure to get anything & everything done by her!! Great personality & amazing service. Great hairstyles!! She deserves 5 stars here. But I have to say sadly not all staff members here are great professionals. hygiene is a big issue. Not sure about the combs, twizers, tools used in facials are well disinfected/ sanitized as per industry standards though. They need to step up their game to gain new & sustain existing business.
Very very bad service. The price is ridiculous. They burned my face and had to go to a wedding with that burn on me. Hopefully they realize this and make a change.
Very bad service and people doesn't care about service they do . Ladies don't go .because ibcase you forgot the timing for your appointment, they don't bother to remind you and they don't respond to your call too. Very poor and bad service .
