Good prices and friendly advice from really down to earth people. Whether your an experienced shooter or just a novice this is the place to go. No attitude what so ever. My wife found it difficult to find a pistol that fits comfortabably in her hand. They let her pickup and hold almost every pistol in the place and now she knows what she wants. Went in today today to purchase a handgun to start shooting IPSC. I dealt with Mike. All I can say is he is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable and readily answered any questions I had. I was set on buying one gun but was still shopping around, he told me the cons of the gun I was pretty much set on and sold me on another that was way better in price point, reliability and maintenance. I cant see how you could have anything but a GREAT experience here. Im not sure what the other people are talking about with the unapproachable attitudes, from what I saw it was a bunch of knowledgeable people-friendly staff.Cant wait to pick up my gun and get some more goodies for it.
Staff are not approachable. Lack of customers service. They are not even smiling as if they don't want you to buy. I was only impressed by their item's prices and the place. It's pretty neat, organized and prices are decent. I will definitely come back but I have to deal with the staff indifference.
This store is beyond comprehension on how they don't have a perfect rating. Having been in there twice, the staff recognized me immediately (doesn't count as I'm weird looking), asked if I needed help, and when I said "just browsing" left me to my own. When I had questions, they pounced, answered directly, and wanted to know if I needed anything else.The staff are friendly, humoured, and can keep toe to toe with a client on a personal level. They are human afterall.While if you're an avid hunter, this may not be a store for you. If you are in to sport shooting, or are considering getting in to it, check it out. They will be upfront with you in every aspect possible, even if it's something you don't want to hear or don't like.Who ever wrote less than a 4 star clearly has never worked in retail. As that's the only complaint, ignorance to a small business.Bought several items from here, and will be back to buy more firearms.
Great staff and very knowledgeable! On my first visit, Mike was quick to show me around and educate me on different options. I'm very new to shooting and he helped me find some great products. I'm definitely going to be back.
