Service Experience Review: Mr. Transmission This review reflects a highly unsatisfactory repair experience at this establishment. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission diagnostic on a Monday afternoon due to noise and performance issues. Initial Consultation and Timeline: Prior to bringing the vehicle in, I spoke with Rad and clearly communicated my need for a timely repair, explaining that my employment is an hour away from my residence with limited public transit options. I was explicitly assured that the vehicle should be repaired and returned by the following Thursday, minimizing my missed work days to three. Repair Execution and Delay: I did not receive any communication on Tuesday. Upon visiting the shop on Wednesday morning for an update, I was informed the issue was a faulty transfer case. I inquired if the Thursday timeline was still feasible, and I was told the parts had been ordered and the timeline was uncertain ("we'll see"). Despite the initial promise, the vehicle repair ultimately took two full weeks. This delay resulted in a significant loss of income (two weeks' wages) and caused substantial professional disruption. No matter how much I pleaded regarding the urgent need to return to work, the customer service showed a lack of empathy or urgency regarding my circumstances. Post-Repair Issues: Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed that several warning lights are now displayed on the dashboard. These lights were not present or active when the vehicle was initially dropped off at Mr. Transmission. Conclusion: The failure to meet the promised repair timeline, the resulting substantial loss of income, the lack of proactive communication, and the introduction of new dashboard warning lights post-repair have led me to conclude that this shop provides unprofessional and unreliable service. I am now forced to take the vehicle to another facility to diagnose and resolve the new warning light issues. I will not be using this establishment for any future repairs.
Honestly, best mechanic experience I’ve ever had!They tell you what’s wrong with your car, how it might have happened, and they explain in detail how they will fix your car and find parts within your budget. Overall, they made me feel like I can trust them and and I highly recommend them
Great service. Flexible with time and very generous with checking. My local mechanic had diagnosed a transmission/ CVT issue. I was able to call and speak to Rabih the same day and brought the car over. Mike spent some 10 to 15 minutes driving the car around to hear the reported noise. Nothing was found. He checked and cleared some other error codes in the car. No transmission error code was found. They did not charge anything. I took the car back, and the car started the noise and vibration again. I brought the car back, they put it on the hoist and checked all four wheels , spent some good 10 to 15 minutes looking at it and found the problem with exhaust hangers. Rabih also drove the car around for some 10 minutes. No transmission or axel issue was found. They refused to take money. I was shocked. I would have been happy to pay for the two checkups on two days. They say the check-up is free. Both Mike and Rabih were amazing!!! If I ever have a transmission issue or car key issue, I am going to this place.

Went here for zf8hp45 transmission service on my bmw 535i. Owner and tech are super knowledgeable and very friendly. I was able to watch the service as it was being done. Excellent service! Also resolved issues I had with slight shuddering / slipping at WOT. I thought it was some boost pressure related but after the trans service the car feels great. Shifts like butter and super smooth. Highly recommend!!!
I had what I thought was a transmission problem and I was told they only need 15min to diagnose . With their code reader and professional experience it was explained to me that my problem was not related to the transmission.
