Shaun was fantastic in helping up find and purchase a great first car for our daughter. He made the purchase seamless, and delivered right to our driveway. 2 1/2 years later and he has referred our family to a wonderful auto shop which we now use for all of our vehicles. We are very happy with the care and service we have received from Row Auto.
False advertisement, also went there to look at a car that was listed for 2500 certified, which turned out to be not even certified.. waste of time. What a joke
Row Auto Sales was great to deal with. I originally was dealing with Shaun and was then passed over to Nick, both were excellent at communicating and the whole process was a breeze. I looked at the truck online and called to make sure it was everything I was after, because I live almost 2 hours away. They were trustworthy in their description and made is possible to pick it up in 1 trip. Thanks guys for a great experience! Highly recommend.
I recently bought a Yukon on-line from Shaun. This was my first car buying experience on-line and I was scared at first. Shaun was very patient and answered all our questions via FaceTime, email & phone and reassured us during the whole process. He even had it delivered to my door in New Brunswick! The Yukon that we received was exactly what he said it was. His service was exceptional and we received everything that he promised. I highly recommend them and plan to purchase from him again - online in the future!
Although we haven’t bought a car yet it was a refreshing experience dealing with Shaun at Row Auto. Friendly and accommodating, Shaun had vehicles ready to explore and drive and provided the space for my wife and I to review the features and determine a fit. Compared to all other sites we have been shopping at, the cars were clean inside/out and felt safe to operate. Highly recommend checking their inventory.
