I was a new immigrant hesitant and shy customer walking into a dealership lot even scared test driving.. without me telling him anything he understood my weakness meaning to say he understands his customers point of view, emotions and situations.. I still remember Ramiz never let me down my first visit with him in the lot.. Ramiz took care of me for all my car needs since that day up until now.. He treated me like his own brother.. I called to ask about a car. I asked about rust on the car. They told me there is a small spot on the quarter panel. So i went to see the car. I drove over an hour to get my time wasted. There was major rust on all sides that they had painted over to make it look better. Waste of time. I dont recomend driving there on their word.
I got my first car here, a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander and I couldn’t be happier! John was incredibly professional, and knowledgeable.
