Ordered roasted milk tea from this location a few times and it’s usually a miss - boba is old and the drink is not rich or creamy, tastes pretty watered down
The customer service was so good! The girls were so friendly! I was confused and they helped me pick out a drink from the new menu and it was delicious!! Really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend the blueberry matcha. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend coming to this chatime location !!!!
This was absolutely ridiculous as I had a incorrect drink given to me and when I told the worker first she refused to remake it and when she finally took the drink back I SAW her go to the back just to bring me back the same drink and said she remade it? just wow, go coco its better then this man waste of 8$$$
The strangest boba shop by far. When I came into the store, the two girls working there were literally making out. They stopped once they saw me but I wanted to order my usual Taro Bubble tea, and once I got that it was by far the worst boba I’ve ever tasted. I mean what is even being served at this shop claimed “taro”. Felt like I had hair in my mouth. Weird experience.
Place is busy, but always seem understaffed. Takes too long for them to make the drinks. I’ve never seen the kiosk print a receipt since they opened. On days when it’s really busy, there’s no way to know if your drinks are in progress, they should have at least a screen showing order progress. Poorly run and organized chatime store.
Very clean place and very friendly staff . I just needed to use the their restroom and they were kind enough to let me use it without me having to purchase something. They were so kind that i ended up buying a mango green tea which tasted amazing and they followed proper instructions. thanks again !
A pleasant experience every time. The service is always good to go! Even when they have a lot of customers they work head to stay focus and get everyone served in a reasonable time.
