I asked specifically for 50% less sugar and no milk, and the staff confirmed that’s how the drink would be made. But what I received was very sweet and clearly made with milk. When I asked about it, I was told it was “naturally sweet” and made with “creamy powder” - which is still dairy or dairy-like, and definitely not what I requested. If something can’t be made to order, just be upfront about it instead of dismissing the request. Some of us ask for these modifications for health or dietary reasons. Very disappointing experience.
One of the best CoCo locations i've been too! I have been a regular at this customer for a while since moving into Ajax and I have not been disappointed. All the staffs are very friendly and the drinks are always made to perfection. They are always working very fast during busy times and are always very efficient. I highly recommend everyone to try my personal favourite drink the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte!!
Absolutely love the staff! They’re very kind and friendly, Ethan and Maddison are truly amazing members who always greet me with such kindness whenever I stop in for a drink!!

I love this store, they always have the best service and best drinks I got there almost everyday. The staff are all amazing especially Ethan and Bryannah they are the sweetest everytime im there they are so kind and they always make my drink fast because they know I work in the plaza and I’m on break so they make it very fast they memorized my order too. Recommend it to anyone looking for a nice fresh drink.

Very good place for a boba drink, but hen I tried to get a full cup of just pudding they refused to serve me, I was willing to pay for it, but they straight up refused. ? am so sad
