I received a fraudulent safety from this mechanic as he works closely with Rachel auto sales next door , who sold us a car with a safety we paid for that was fraudulent - the car had MANY fails including blown out tires, needs a new cat, had a VVT leak , check engine light came on after 100km (surprise surprise ) and the car wouldn’t start on day 10 of having it . All these issues came up within days . I paid for a new inspection and the mechanic was flabbergasted that we were sold this car safetied. John at Rachel sales refuses to refund us for the car and is now claiming this mechanic “safetied it again” without doing any repairs , my son spent $6500 on his first car just to deal with this - Do not trust this mechanic . Total Fraud!!!! Both of them, We are taking this further with MTO& drive on. But customers beware and for the love of god- do not buy a car next door at “Rachel auto sales “ from John the scammer .
People visit this shop only because of Stefan — he is the true master mechanic and clearly knows what he’s doing. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff are unprofessional, lack communication skills, and do not demonstrate even basic customer service etiquette. Pricing is inconsistent and often unreasonable for simple repairs. Avoid coming here on weekends in particular; the individuals working then appear inexperienced and struggle even with basic tasks. Without Stefan, this shop would not be worth considering.
I went to fix my exhaust leak. And also the clamp to hold the exhaust was broken. First of all this guys dont have the clamp to fix and also they charged me $130 to weld the leak. My first and last visit. Never recommended to anyone.
Got an alignment done here and to be honest they didn't do what they were supposed to do. I wouldn't recommend getting anything done here, shady place.
Just a simple piece of advice to seffan when someone comes to your garage with an exhaust leak or hole u take his car in garage raise it up n show him thats the defect, you dont just bend down n say ooh its gonna tak 500-600$ replace the flex pipe and o2 sensor. There was a small hole on the pipe and loud noise. The guy didn't even care to raise up the car and look what the actual problem was and just gave me a huge quote. Recently moved into ajax and had some car trouble. I saw this place with some good reviews, but now i know the place I'm glad I took the car to my mechanic and the job was done for 50$.
Steff (main coordinator) is very rude. They do not bother to turn on the engine to check oil level and top up if needed after oil changing. I doubt their third guys skills on tire change as well. Not going again!
These are such nice people.. Even they waived off half the amount as I did not have cash and suggested not to pay by card to avoid tax deduction.. very helpful and expert in their field. Highly recommended
