Absurd! Completely unprofessional conduct! In particular, the woman working at the front desk is insane. She has absolutely no idea how to interact with customers. She has no knowledge. They are actually doing the exact opposite of what they advise! The lady is incredibly disrespectful and dishonest. I would strongly advise against visiting this location! I regretfully have to offer at least one star, but I would give a minus star!
Online it says they close at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 6:45 after driving 20 minutes in a snowstorm, as I was told by the lady at the front desk to come. However, when I got there, they had already decided to close early since there were no customers. Very poor customer service — I won’t be going back again.
I've been very satisfied with the assistance and expertise provided with SyedAuto. The owner is polite and service was efficient and reasonably priced. I will be happy to continue visiting for my servicing needs.
i did vehicle inspection for my brand new truck when i reached home i noticed all the four tires nuts were changed they removed new one and used some old nuts
the unprofessionalism and incompetence of one particular mechanic Jason.Jason’s attitude from the moment I arrived was nothing short of appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and seemed inconvenienced by my mere presence. It was clear that customer service was not in his vocabulary.As if his attitude wasn’t bad enough, the quality of his work was even worse. The repairs he performed on my vehicle were sloppy and rushed. It was evident that he lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail required for the job.When I tried to discuss my concerns with Jason, he was argumentative and refused to take any responsibility. Instead of addressing the issues with the work, he became defensive and downright confrontational.To add insult to injury, the final bill was far more than I had anticipated, considering the poor quality of workmanship and the abysmal treatment I received.If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise steering clear of this Garage especially if Jason is the mechanic assigned to your vehicle. His rude demeanor and lack of competence make for a truly regrettable customer experience.
Don’t go to this place. Very rude guy. This guy told me different price on call and when I went there the lady changed the price. I called him again he said we just changed the price 2 seconds ago after your call. He was very rude. I didn’t get my services done.
Owner himself is a mechanic and he is also very rude and arrogant person. Also he is too expensive they charge more than surrounded mechanics. Once I went for safety inspection and by seeing just my car brakes he denied to give me inspection certificate and also charged me $50 for nothing. Strongly recommended not to go.They are even lying in comment that they charge $45 for inspection, they charge $55 plus tax . Thank you for commenting so that people know how rude n arrogant you are.
