Terrible customer service. They wouldn’t let me try the clothes on but told me I could take it home to try with a full return. At the cash, they said final sale. Absolutely terrible.
I love Garage, it's a staple in my closet and I own so many cute tops from there! The staff was super nice & helpful—I'm not sure why most reviews say they were mean & gossiping but personally, they were incredibly nice towards me! I actually accidentally broke a hanger in the dressing room on accident after dropping it and the staff took it super kindly. This brunette girl & blonde girl were the nicest people I've ever met. Definitely coming to this location every time I'm nearby. (Staff was better than the ones at Dundas lmao)
if you want to go to a place for ACTUAL customer service this location is the one. came here a couple of days ago I was so flustered about picking a date night outfit I was just coming in and out of stores in the plaza until I ended up here. A girl approached me right away with long blonde I think her name was Laura or Lauren? She dropped everything and helped me right away dressing me basically from head to toe exactly how I envisioned. The Hedie jeans are now my staple and she told me to buy the leather jacket in case my own at home didn’t fit me and I’m glad I took that advice!! Really sweet and attentive customer service i will be driving the extra mile just for that

Went in here a couple nights ago and the experience I had I will NEVER EVER enter this store again. Girl with short blonde hair was talking bad about me and my friend with her co workers as I was standing in line as soon as I walked In the store. She made awful comments about my looks and weight causing me to be extremely upset and leave the store crying. I will never forget this experience. Never again.
This is supposed to be or maybe it was a factory outlet but there are few items on sale or significantly reduced, despite the permanent sale signs outside.
A clothing store geared primarily to the younger woman. They don't always carry the larger sizes. They do have good sales . Look for them. Loads of parking here.
