I have always been a huge fan of Sklar Peppler couches because they are so comfortable and beautiful, but the true test of a company is how they deal with things if something goes wrong. The last couch we purchased had a loose leg so I contacted Sklar Pepplers Customer Care and spoke with Cathy who was incredible. She listened to my concerns and made sure from beginning to end we were taken care of. The couch has since been fixed and is perfect.Thank you so much for your help, Paula

Great experience! Julie was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me just the right furniture for my needs. And the delivery guys - Clinton and Daniel were amazing and went beyond the call of duty. My couch didn't fit in the elevator so they carried it up 5 flights of stairs and then set up the couch and chair in my apartment. Thank you so much!
