Having worked at Staples once upon a time, I know they used to be very big on greeting customers with a smile, offering assistance etc. The whole customer service experience. Unfortunately this location doesn't seem to subscribe to that school of thought.
I want there at 8:55PM and the guy was still very helpful and helped to to get the bubble wrap from the shelf top (all gone on the shelf). The cashier was very nice, too. Plus the store location is great, with lots of parking.
