The doctors are very rude and dont take the time to listen to you about your health problems. They cut you off and are very quick to offer their opinions in a blunt way. I also find that they treat Sri Lankan patients differently from other racial background patients. They are rude and disrespectful towards Sri Lankan Tamil patients. I will not be coming here again with my family.
Both the doctors are very knowledgeable, professional and amazing. They provide you the oppurtunity to explain your concerns and listen very carefully. You really feel cared with Dr. Gengatharan and Dr. Nirmala. Yet i give two stars because of the idiots at the front desk. ALL the receptionists are cluless most of the time. They have no idea how to manage patient flow. Wait time are ridiculous. Appointment or walkin wait time is at minimum 2 hours. Moreover, there are no steps/ policy in place to protect patient health information. There is no line up, everyone circles around the front desk and can see and hear what your visit is about. The rooms where patients are seen are not the cleanest, not sanitized between visits, the disposable paper on the assessment bed is never changed. There's always wrinkles on them when you walk in. The bathroom are like at Walmart. However i feel it's unlikely they'll ever change their practices. I have been coming here for a year and it's always been this way.
They couldnt manage the number of patients . I mean for appointments they make you wait at least 2 hours . I went for my blood work which I have to be with fasting . I was waited for 2 hours . When my number came , the nurses couldnt find my vein to take blood ,and the nurse told me , please go to some other clinic since she was unable to get it. Com on . If you dont have trained nurse why you open the clinic . Very very disappointed...People please dont waiste your time there .
The clinic is very efficient. Staffs are awesome. DR is more professional and do an excellent job of caring for all patients. DR always has time for you and always pleasent.
Front desk staff is very unprofessional and not trained. While explaining our reason for visit, they rudely cut us off and constantly left the room to speak to other patients who were standing right outside our door. This breached our medical privacy. In addition, common sense is lacked. The thermometer was improperly used and obvious questions were asked. We also had to wait a lengthy amount of time before being assisted, the clinic was not busy at our time of visit. The doctor herself was very rough with my 7 year old. She turned her head from side to side roughly. After my daughter didnt breathe in deep enough for her, she told her that 5 year olds in her culture listen and breathe more deeply then her. After all that she said there was nothing wrong with her when anyone can spot her symptoms from a mile away. I will now have to go to a better trained clinic to get a more professional opinion. I will not be returning here for any medical needs and do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
