Ive been to a few different clinics throughout the GTA but the staff here are wonderful. They provide outstanding care. I would like to give a 5 star rating to the technician who handled my 3 year old so well!! She is amazing, caring, genuine and professional. Thanks so much for making my baby feel at ease during the exam.
My experience for an x-ray was great. I was in and out of the clinic in 15 minutes and the technician was professional and made me feel relaxed.
I had an appointment for an ultrasound at 9:00 a.m. At 9:07 a person that came in after me without an appt. went in for an ultrasound. When I asked what was going on I was told that there are two technicians and the technician I am booked with was in with a patient who arrived 10 min. late for their 8:00 a.m. appt. So I asked why I wasn't put with the technician that had just taken in the walk in patient. I was told because my ultrasound would take about 40 min. that would make that technician late for her 10:00 appt. It would be nice if someone could explain to me how this makes any sense. You have a technician that is free, but she won't take the patient that has an appointment. I left there with my requisition and will be going elsewhere for my ultrasound. I'm sure the people that work there are lovely but the scheduling procedure is ludicrous.
Didn't care for this place. Came here for my ultrasound today for my first pregnancy and my first ultrasound. The sonographer was fifteen minutes late and completely disinterested. She'd give me one word answers to my questions and other than that, didn't talk. She called my husband in and said, "here's your baby, here's the heart rate. That's it" then told me to go get dressed because we were done. I will never go back here. She took what was supposed to be a happy time and ruined my experience. Awful.
Professional staff that made the entire process quick and easy for me. The staff here are very accommodating. While I was waiting to get an X-Ray done, a patient walked in very late for her exam but both the receptionist and technologist didnt turn her away. Ive been to clinics where I arrived 10 min late for my appointment and it had to be rescheduled (although I had to prepare for the test and drink a litre of water). The receptionist at Westney XRay was nothing but polite and understanding.
