Owner is rude ordered online a panzo and it comes with a free dipping sauce. Forgot to select creamy garlic. He gave me marinara and I asked for creamy garlic instead. owner was giving me a hard time about switching it and telling me I have to pay extra. Only been to this location twice and I will never go again. The pizza nova by jclarke would never do this. Also the panzo wasn’t even good barely any cheese. probably because I got it for free with my points
For years I’ve been saying to everyone that the 20 Harwood location has the best tasting pizza. We ordered pizza from there again tonight. We got the pizza home and it was so burnt that we couldn’t eat it. When we called to complain the person on the phone said that people usually like their pizza that way. I didn’t order it that way so it shouldn’t have been burnt. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Nova anymore.
Messed up my order again, location at Hgwy 2 & Harwood in Ajax. Always issues when I order here. Read your orders carefully. Not ordering from here anymore. The other location in Ajax at Rossland & Harwood is so much better.
First order was amazing, decided to come back. 4 out of 4 of the next orders had problems. The final order I was given the wrong pizza, I come back and they hand me the correct (ice cold) pizza. 80% of the time it's a negative experience. Never coming back.
This place is hit and miss with the way they make their pizza. This industry is very competitive. I like pizza Nova but they are lots of pizza place out there. Get it together over there and show some consitancy.
I went to pick up a walk in special that we called in. The guy was nice, but he played me for a fool. He told me the other guy accidentally put extra cheese on my pizza and I'm not obviously not going to complain about that. i took my large half pineapple and half Italian hot pepper pizza home and I saw that it was actually an older cheese pizza that was likely sitting around and they just added the toppings and extra cheese on it to make it look fresh. Old cheese and new cheese melt differently together. Being lied to is an insult to my intelligence. Pick up was around 930. Not going back to this location.
I would have given negative reviews if I can. Orderd Large pizza with grilled chicken and red onion toppings along wings on side. Pizza is not good at all and the wings are so gross and weird looking. While eating the wings felt strange taste and they are dry and over cooked. I think they are fried twice, posted pic's of the wings. I will never visit this place again and be careful.
