Very poor service and soggy pizza. I will never go back to this place. This place is no busy at all. Took very long to make my small pizza. I wonder how people give good reviews here.
Ordered a pizza and asked for a delivery 5min away from the store, got a cold pizza I have to put it back in the oven to warm it up. Paid for a cold pizza this is insane
Disgusted and disappointed in this location. Ordered a Bigfoot giant pizza with pepperoni. Told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. The pizza arrived 35 minutes later than said time. Called the store after an hour of waiting and we were told that the delivery driver was on their way. They didnt even check out order number or delivery address.... Still didnt come until 30 minutes after that phone call and we tried calling 4x and nobody would answer the phone. We live 5 minutes from this location and it somehow took them 1 hr 30 minutes to get here. Awful customer service. I would not recommend ordering from here and also will never be ordering from here again.
Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had… not only was it over cooked you could probably get better pizza from the frozen isle at a grocery store. Literally next to no cheese on this pizza. Save your money, go elsewhere.
I've been a customer here for a while, but it seems the location may have new owners. Around 8:25 PM, I ordered a Bigfoot Giant and was told it would take 25 minutes. I decided to wait in my car instead of staying inside. When I returned, the pizza wasn't ready, which wasn’t a big issue. I didn’t check the pizza until I got home. It looked noticeably different from what I’m used to. Four of us took slices, but the cheese wasn’t right—it lacked that gooey texture. The sauce tasted stale, and none of us enjoyed the meal. I’m hesitant to write this review. I considered going back to the store, but they’d likely be closed by the time I could get there. After checking online, I found other recent reviews mentioning similar issues with the pizza. It’s disappointing, as this isn’t an isolated incident. Regrettably, this will be my last time ordering from here.
Came from kitchener to see my Ajax friend. Had this pizza twice now...And each time pizza was rather excellent ..Had a home made taste quality (like homemade crust and sauce taste ). Overall balance of tastes are dead on..Much better than other big chains. I will come back again...It's a nice treat when coming to Ajax. Thanks for great pizza and excellent service. The staff made sure I was happy...Top knotch
Pizza was okay, but the order was wrong. They completely omitted/ missed the topping on one of the pizzas, and both pizzas had original plain crusts instead of the specialty crusts that were selected.
I havent been to square boy in years. What i remember has changed big time. That square boy flavor is lost. Now its bland. Flavorless..as someone said similar to cardboard. I really wanted this to work. I use to love square boy as a kid. I guess they changed their recipe or something...
They got rid of their donair pizza. No longer do I come here anymore.
The pizza was the worst I have ever had bacon was raw on the pizza call back they said they done cook it the that they just heat it. Advise everyone not to buy there pizza it sucks an the maneGear is rude
I wish I could give zero stars!!! Paid close to $60 for some of the worst food and service in my life!!!! The guy showed up (after 2 and a half hours) missing half of our food, he went back to get the rest (keeping the first half of our food with him) came back and it was all ice cold. The pizza was burnt, the loaf of garlic bread was made on a hot dog roll, the wings were horrible with not the right amount that we ordered and when we called to complain we were told that there would be no compensation and we could go somewhere else. Don't order from here
My daughter loves their pizza, as do I. A throwback to my younger days. Sure, you can find cheaper but this is a nice family run franchise. The owners are amazing people and they make a great pizza. Never had a bad experience from them.
