Showed up at 7pm they had this one slice of pepperoni that looked like it was sitting on the shelf for hours. When I asked the lady if she's making any more slices she said no so i guess she's got nothing to sell for the next 4 hours. Lol why even have a $6 slice combo. Went next door to Mary browns got a fresh sandwich. As an owner do your due diligence listen to the audio. I asked, "are you making more slices, or is this all you have?" To which your employee replied "yes, thats the last slice." Thanks for checking the camera's but please take your business seriously im here providing feedback instead of replying and saying. Sorry for your experience we'll work with our staff to provide better quality and experience at our store front. We prioritize food quality and best practices not to sell below standards product. Your response was to deflect. Listen to the audio and take corrective measures. Take it and improve or dont listen to your customers and continue how you are.
Order on regular basis but tonight we were obviously last delivery. Food all cold. Further to this post, we ordered yesterday for a studio Xmas Party 4 party pizzas advertized in their flyer. Party pizza was 20 slices and included one free topping. Cost in flyer was $26. per pizza. Also were told they would provide napkins and paper plates which was very handy. Delivery was a little late but not too concerned. Unfortunately they forgot paper plates and napkins. Upon reviewing bill the next day we realized we were charged $28.per pizza and $5.00 extra per pizza for the two with peperoni. Upon calling the store immediately met with resistance and actually left on hold. I called back and asked to speak to manager. I had rhe name of the person I had ordered from who insisted that I had ordered Party pizzas with 25 slices. I did not know they even did a 25 slice Party pizza so why would I order this and had specifically mentioned I wanted Party pizzas in flyer. We also did not notice we had 25 slice pizzas. There is no 25 slice in flyer which was good to December 15th. When asking why the extra charge of $5. per pizza they advised the system does this and I was not charged! My bill clearly shows being charged. I believe under the circumstances an apology for their error was in order and a rebate of the extra charges even in a gift certificate. None was forthcoming and not a very pleasant experience. On a further note, the pizzas were dry and once again not very warm. We will never order from Ginos at Rossland again.
We placed a last-minute order, and the staff at Gino Pizza still welcomed us and accommodate our request with kindness. Whenever we find ourselves craving delicious pizza, Gino Pizza is our top choice, yummy slices!!!
I recently tried Gino’s pizza for the first time, and I was seriously impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients, great flavor, and cooked just right. You can really taste the quality. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're looking for great pizza and a welcoming atmosphere!
Absolutely loved my visit to Gino’s pizza in Ajax. From the moment I walked in, the team was all smiles and made me feel like family. Their whole wheat base is a total game-changer — hearty, flavorful, and so unique compared to the usual. Fresh toppings, great vibes, and service that’s on point. This place is a gem!
The pizza is absolutely delicious perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The flavors are well-balanced, and every bite is a delight. The service is friendly and fast. Highly recommend!!
Delicious pizza, great flavours to choose from, lots of toppings. The only downside is if you have salad, we had a side salad and unfortunately, it was very soggy and not appetizing.
