I have been a regular client for the past 4 years. I usually make an appointment with one person in particular since this past year. She is great but so are the others. It's a personal preference for me. I love to work with people who are detailed, caring and very thorough in their work. This lady I speak of is very humble and doesn't just do great work. She takes pride in what she does and it shows. The main reason I am not mentioning a name is because she already knows who she is and that is all that matters. Another reason is to avoid any conflicts. I also believe that everyone should have their own experiences and not only base their decisions on a reviewof one individual. Someone else could write a review based on their mood and not their actual experience. Just some food for thought. Also, if someone is going for the first time, you want them to have a great experience with whomever is available to take their appointment. One more thing I have to mention. The receptionists are fantastic. Great team of people in my opinion. I'm surprised to see some of the reviews based on the 4 years I have been visiting Diva Nail & Spa. I hope this review helps to bring a different perspective. Do good and good will follow.
I have made an appointment for facials and eye brow. Showed up right on time and the lady at the front said, we do not have anyone to do it today. Come back another day and I will make an appointment for you. What is the point of making an appointment if you do not have anyone to help you. Why didn't they call me earlier to cancel? Such a bad service and rude people. It is my day off and we all are busy people and it is not like I'm home and show up to their spa whatever time they want. Please do not go here. If you probably did not experienced it yet then you will and the experience will be very unpleasant. These people should not be in business.
I love it here on an early Saturday morning. Awesome service and friendly staff.
Ive been going to this nail salon since I was in high school... I dont know what changed. Staff is VERY RUDE. The lady turned me down right away when I came in...if I needed an appointment they should have a sign saying by appointment only. Also no matter the wait I had time to wait, but no.. she said no appointment? Sorry were busy. I had only stopped going here since a year ago because of bad service like this. I stopped going here because the service in Toronto compared to Ajax is much better no matter the distance.
The customer service there, SUCKS!!! I can NEVER RETURN there!!! The facial and massage were both GREAT though!!! The girl who did both, was very professional and kind!! However, upon my exit, I asked for a receipt because the massage is covered by my insurance and they told me I can only get the receipt from the credit card machine. I explained that in order to submit to my insurance, I would need a receipt detailing the services that I received. The young lady at the desk told me, "if you want, I can write something on a paper for you" very mockingly, if I might add. At this time, I was gaining stares from patrons and other employees there, so I left. Following this, I placed a call there to inquire about that receipt (and little do they know, I understand their language). The person who answered was obviously not in the mood to deal with my query, handed the phone over to someone else, who in turn, yelled at me "why didn't you ask for the receipt on the day when you did the massage and facial" I explained that I did and she hung up! I called back, she expressed that she was no longer hearing me, when I asked her whether she hung up on me and all she said was that she will need that credit card slip in order to write me a receipt. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I will; count this as my loss. But be warned, KARMA IS A B***H!! You hear me!!! A freaking B***H!!!!
