A little Gem in Ajax.... Ive been going here for about 2 years now to do threading for my eyebrows and recently started doing services there Massage-facial... etc... The ladys are always super kind & sweet .. they treat you like family... I absolutely LOVE this place... Highly recommended! I am a spa goer and this place is one of my faves!!
From the moment I walk inside the spa each time, I feel completely relaxed and taken care of. The staffs level of expertise and warmth towards clients instill a confidence in me that is difficult to find elsewhere. I always leave pleased and feeling like family. Little luxuries like a mini facial massage after eyebrow threading make me feel like more than just a client. Ive been coming to Holistic Spa for about 5 years, and I will be a loyal client for the years to come.
I have been going here for laser hair removal for the past couple of months! Both Tina and Annie have been great to work with, are always making me feel comfortable and are always kind and personable. I have seen great results From the laser hair removal in the 10 treatments Ive had thus far! I highly recommend them! Also, their location is always very clean and relaxing.
I been going to Holistic spa for over 6 years. I go every 2 weeks and every time i have been there, these girls have been nothing but kind, understanding and polite. Today i was inside getting my services done, and i hear a young lady yelling and screaming at front desk. As she was late for her amount and they couldn't take her. It really breaks my heart and deeply sadness me to hear her behaving so rudely to the young lady in the front. I hope our new generation can learn and own up to their mistake rather then taking it out on others.
