Had been going at this place to get tires for sometime. Had also referred friends. Got a firm quote from Hamid few months ago with installation. Could not go at that time. Asked for another quote with insallation before going in to get it done. After all work is done he changed the price as in his second quote was for tires only. When I showed him his quote he declined to honour it. Quote was asking for specific model WITH installation. According to him he mistakenly provided the quote without installation. Which later he offered to give $10 discount! Beware and double check the price with any extras BEFORE they start working on your vehicle!
I have to leave these guys an amazing review five star service. Today I found myself in a pickle by busting my car Tire in Ajax on my way home from work turns out thanks to Acura which will be getting a negative review for me my car does not come with a spare Tire. So after nearly an hour of getting help to come down to my car discovering I have no Jack in the car either thanks Acura again I reach out to a friend who helps me find a close by location and she found Adam's Discount Tires. I called them explained my predicament and they went above and beyond for a perfect stranger so they could help a woman in distress and stayed open so I can get back in my vehicle to get safely home. I highly recommend them. Adam was amazing he was polite he was professional and everything went great five star service

Worst quality tires I have ever seen. After buying four tires from this store, two of them exploded within the first three days. When I called, they said it wasn’t covered under their so-called warranty and claimed it was because of a nail. How is it possible that two brand-new tires could be completely destroyed in less than three days? Don’t waste your money on these tires. Their warranty will never cover anything.
I bought a tyre from this shop 6 days ago, and it blew out in the middle of the road. This is the second time this has happened with their tyres. The quality is very poor, and when I called the shop, they said they don’t cover this under any warranty. If they don’t cover issues like this, then what do they actually cover? Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying tyres from this shop.
I was just there on Saturday October 5, I spoke to Adam earlier in the week about my winters he explained everything to me as a woman i didn't feel he was brushing me off quickly. Even though it was a 87km drive , the time was well worth it , got an amazing price on my set of summer tires and Adams dad was very knowledgeable and professional, took the extra time to actually show me what size tires will look best on my summer rims , his installation crew is top notch , thanks for the pleasant experience
