I had a great experience getting my tires serviced here. The service was quick, honest, and stress-free. As a female who doesn’t know much about cars, I felt confident that they were looking out for my safety and not trying to sell me anything unnecessary. It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel trusted and taken care of! Thank you so much I’ll definitely be coming back.

I don’t know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from but they shouldn’t be full scores. I had two separate vehicles tires changed here, brand new tires, but all of the tires were really dirty and not even cleaned off. All of the tires were either 2 above or 2 below the rated psi. You guys can’t even take the time to do the job properly?

In January 2025, my husband visited GD Tires to have the two front tires of our vehicle replaced, as they were severely worn and overdue for replacement. He informed the mechanic that the correct tire size was 235/55/20. The mechanic, however, stated that they did not have that size in stock but offered a slightly larger size, which he claimed was close to the required dimensions. My husband asked if it would be okay to install a larger size, and the mechanic reassured him, saying, "I've done it many times before." Trusting the mechanic’s expertise, my husband agreed to the change, and the tires were replaced. Fast forward to March 18, 2025, when I began hearing a loud knocking sound coming from the back of my vehicle. Concerned, I took it to Mister Transmission, where they informed me that the rear differential was damaged because the front tires were too large for the vehicle. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the mechanic had installed 255/55/20 tires. Mister Transmission quoted us around $2,200 to repair the damage. In an attempt to resolve the issue, my husband called GD Tires—not seeking additional compensation but simply requesting a refund of the $380 spent on the incorrect tires. He provided them with all the details from Mister Transmission, but instead of taking responsibility, GD Tires began blaming us. They argued that we had changed the tires again after their installation, the issue couldn’t possibly be related to the front tires. They even questioned why the rear differential failed instead of the front differential. In addition to this, we had to replace all four tires, incurring an additional cost of $1,383. We informed GD Tires that we would return the tires they had installed in exchange for the $380 refund, but their response was unprofessional. They offered us an oil change, a credit, or the possibility of replacing the tires as if we would ever trust them with our vehicle again. Eventually, they agreed to refund only $200 of the original $380. As a final insult, after my husband returned the tires they had installed, GD Tires had the audacity to ask for the old tires from my vehicle, seemingly wanting to sell the rubber. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience we've ever had with an auto service. I will continue to share this review until I’m heard, as I believe in holding businesses accountable for their actions. I have plenty of receipts and reports from both Mister Transmission and Master Mechanics, all clearly stating that the damage was caused by the two front tires being too large for the vehicle.

Got the standard winter tire off-rim switch done. Everything was going well. They said I needed new lug nuts during the process. No price was discussed until I went to pay - shocked it cost a $100 extra for standard lug nuts.

Do you ever just walk in to a place and know you've made the right choice? This is the place. In and out in 30 mins for a tire patch when other places were saying it would be days before they could see me. This is their busy season and I didn't feel rushed or up sold. Happy to say I have found a new mechanic! Thank you

Excellent prices and service! They go above and beyond any tire place I have been too with prices unmatched! The owner and staff are more than helpful. I will always go here for my tires!

Bought a set of tires paid the full price for the new tires and install and after they told me I have to pay extra because the tires were too hard to install. They took a sledge Hamer to my rim to have them removed now they are all bent and damaged. I would advise not to go there if you care for your vehicle.
