The shop gave me back my car with front bumper and wheel cover not fully attached and denied wrongdoing after I returned to the shop the next day. I acknowledge that they did manage to resolve the issue after. However, what would cost them to admit that they made a mistake?

Incredible customer service and amazing level of skill when it comes to vehicle repair, we've had a few repairs done here and they have been sure to make sure that I've been completely satisfied every time.
This place is the worst on customer service, open better services to customers, I’ve had my car in their lot for a while now, and it won’t be released until full payment is made, some people don’t have it that easy, what if the car is a means of making money, so basically the car will be tied down and no one will be getting what they want, and now life has to be difficult for the customer to get around, at least be flexible on payment, open a program where installment payment can be made like other organizations that really care for their customers.
This Carstar is amazing. They gave outstanding service and the job was done quickly. I had my bumper replaced, which was quoted as a three day repair, but they completed it within 1 business day. The car was also cleaned upon return. Anna, in particular, was very friendly, attentive, and took care of our needs. Highly recommended!
If you take your vehicle there for insurance purpose to have it quoted for repair, take your licence plates, they will be stolen like mine and they were personal plates, Car star said they take no responsibly in your stuff, when i mentioned it to them they said they are not at fault but our car is on your lot and they couldn't care for my plate whats so ever....i was not happy and they don't even lockup the area where our vehicles stay either for repair or take on our own if we keep the vehicle.....beware
Called in with a question regarding a repair to my vehicle and was greeted by someone who was very unwelcoming and rude. He made it seem like it was a chore to answer my question and when I asked for a price estimate I was told "fine, hold on", as if I was asking him to do me a favor. He put me on hold before I could finish my sentence and when he returned, I finished asking it, only to be told "hold, again" in a harsh tone. Had every intention of spending thousands here to fix my car but now will be taking it to a different location. Train your staff better or hire people who know what customer service is. Your loss.
