I had my car fixed at Fix Auto Ajax and they were very professional and courteous. When the car was picked up I thought they had given me a new car! The damage had disappeared and they even thoroughly cleaned the interior. It looked as though I had the car detailed rather than repaired.
They replaced my front bumper and went above and beyond what I expected when I got my car back. Very happy with how everything turned out. Looks brand new. Highly recommend. Great pricing.
Recently had my car repaired here. I’m more than satisfied with the repairs, not only did they fix the initial problem but they also touched up minor scratches on my car. To top it off I came back to an extremely clean car, washed n polished inside and out. Thank you for such great service!
I'm usually skeptical with body shops but auto fix ajax is different. They were professional, efficient and on time. I had deep scratches on the front bumper of my truck and they fixed it immediately. They also smoothened the scratches on my headlights eventhough I said it was not my priority. On top of that, they washed and detailed my car. The young lady at the front desk was also courteous and professional. They definitely earned my business.
Went in to get few small clear coat scratches off my truck. The guy who came out to give me a quote ended up just buffing the scratches out in a couple of minutes at no charge. This is a honest business.
Exceptional service here. The kind young lady at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman sitting behind her stepped up right away to write me a quote for my vehicle. I was given the quote on a Friday and they were able to book me in for the following Monday and had my repairs done by the Wednesday. Very efficient. I walked out satisfied and will definitely be back here should I ever need repairs again in the future!
