I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Krown. I was told the service would take 30–60 minutes, but I ended up being there for 2 hours. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, and I wasn’t done until 1:20 PM. Someone who arrived at the same time as me left over an hour before I did, and another customer who came after me still finished before me. I drive a small SUV, while they had a pickup truck, so the long wait made even less sense. I also requested the Aquapel glass treatment, but my windshield didn’t look like it was cleaned properly afterward. There was white residue smeared all over the glass, like it wasn’t buffed out correctly. On top of that, I’m seeing a lot of oil dripping onto my driveway. I know drips can happen after a rust-proofing application, and it’s hard to avoid when you have nowhere else to park, but it’s still frustrating. Overall, I’m not happy with the service, mainly because the wait time was way too long. Also my car feels oily all over don't know if thats normal first time doing it.
The coating itself seems fine, but the employee who did my car got the coating ALL over the inside of my car. It was on my seat, on my wheel, my door handles, every part that you would touch was sticky. Not to mention they readjusted my seat which you have NO reason to do when you are in it for less than 5 minutes and now it will take me months to adjust it back to how it was.
Excellent seamless service. Kat and Jacqui up front are amazing, they helped me out with everything I asked for. I was in and out with my rust proofing within 45 minutes. Chris also helped me out showing me his personal vehicle out when I wanted to get a visual. There’s coffee and water in the waiting room and a TV with shop cam!
I am so happy that I used Krown rust proofing Ajax location for my Toyota camry. Exact date Sept 22, 2025..I am really happy with the end result and specially thier professionalism. I had few dealings over the phone with Katerina related to scheduling the appt and also in person who is normally in the reception area. she is so prefessional and she possess amazing customer service skills that you feel so welcomed as a customer. Will be taking my car again to them without any doubt. Good Job overall. ***** Five stars?
I visited Krown Ajax for rust proofing. I had just picked up a new vehicle from the dealership and called to ask if they could get it done right away. They were completely booked for that day but ended up staying late just to fit me in after their final appt. Great customer service, I would highly recommend.
10/10 service today at Krown Rustproofing in Ajax. I got there at 7am and the crew was waiting for me; took all of fifteen minutes for three technicians to spray the undercarriage and rust-prone spots and give the car a nice wash too. Very friendly folks too — I’ll be back next summer without hesitation :)
Quick service. To the point. They washed the car in the end. Wow. The only thing that would make it better would be if they also gave me a slice of blueberry pie. I give them SIX out of 5 stars.
