I’m giving this station one star only because of one cashier. There is an older man who works the night shift He uses a wooden cane for walking support, he is extremely rude.his attitude toward customers is unacceptable. The way he talks to people makes it seem like someone forced him to come to work. Whenever I come here and see that he’s on shift, I leave and go to another gas station. The rest of the cashiers are friendly and professional.
Gas prices at this location are always about 5-6 cents cheaper than the current price of gas (thanks to the nearby competition from Petro Canada and Esso stations). Other than that, regular gas station that does exactly that perfectly...be a gas station.
Easily located right off the highway exit at Salem Road. Has one of the best gas prices in Ajax. Usually busy. Cashiers are like old school sales reps; always looking to upsell you to crampy candy, or buying lottery tickets.
I pump gas here on my way back from work every other day. Easy location to go in and out, right off Salem exit on the 401. I have no complaints here, staff are friendly, facility is clean, everything is well.
This is an easy to access location off the highway. It is generally cheaper than the other stations in the area but nothing beats the Pioneer on Kingston rd.
Extremely poor customer service skills. The employee of the store this morning was very insulting and demeaning towards myself in front of other customers. I attempted to put air in my tires at their air pump. The air pressure gage was not working . I went into the store to tell the employee and ask for a refund. The employee was extremely rude and insulting to me and implied that I was a liar. He told me that I was stupid and that I needed to shut up and listen to him. I have never been treated so poorly in an establishment. I also own my own business and if I treated customers they way this employee treated me. I would have no customers. This behavior of this employee was not exceptable by any means.
It'amazing the way site looking and customer service is excellent really good merchandising and I found everything I need on that visit, great job shell.
