Worst petro canada service at this location, what kind of people they have at front desk, they don't even know how to treat their customers And this not the first time, whenever i went inside with any complaints they have simple answers talk to customer service, then why the hell you are here. Very disappointed, i wad washing my car at petro canada but will now go for other options. You need to improve.
Yash is a lifesaver. Kept me company, let me borrow his phone and even offered me coffee and water after I locked myself out of my car, without my phone or wallet, for 2 hours while I was far from home. Such a kind human and was lovely chatting with him.
Happens to me every-time if I come late at night have to stand infront of the door for about 10-15 min to wait for a staff to open the doors for the convince store.
Charged me $20.33 for a wash with undercarriage wash. Didn't wash under carriage then argued with me. If you want to wash the salt off underneath don't go there.
The parking lot was clean, tidy and well maintained, and well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful, a good place to get a non bitter coffee. It is well equipped with almost everything you could need. See pictures!!!!
I use many different Petro Canada and their car washes. This is the absolute worst one I've ever used. Brushes don't get dirt off the car, rinse doesn't get soap off the car and the dryer barely gets the water off the car. Seriously had to get a roll of paper towel to dry off the car. This site is also an unofficial truck stop with trucks blocking the air pump and exit onto Salem.
No hand sanitizer for customers. I guess new management wants to cut down expenses. Car wash is very bad. Leave the water spots all over the car.They are not even open 24 hrs.
