Now a days, employees are so rude and as per google it was mentioned 24hours open, I have been wasting my time by stopping here. Last week, I was here at 1pm it is closed even now it is closed. I don’t know why they mentioned as 24hours open.
Car Wash is terrible. Properly unkempt and weed chocked. No pride or ownership. Pumps constantly don’t work with App. Avoid. Negligent and lazy owners. Never again. Does esso no favours.
Store experience was decent, however the screens on the pumps were out of order, the vacuums and air pump were broken, and the car wash was horrendous - barely a drop coming out of the nozzles and the equipment looked to be 20+ years old.
Car wash is disgusting i bought luxury wash but only one time shampoo and one time washed it. Blow dry is not working properly and its just a scam car wash
So this is a water-mostly wash… if you want to use soap to clean your car then go somewhere else. You can tell that it’s an older setup… but it still doesn’t excuse the lack of soap
Came here to get air for my car..paid for the air only to realize it's not working. Esso attendant indicated there was a sign saying "air not working" not true took pics and no refund provided. Prime example of corporation taking advantage of customers, many other customers came up and did the same and complained, nothing no refund. If air is indeed not working ideally best thing to do is cover the "tap machine" to ensure people aren't paying for no service.
Carwash is garage, your better off waiting for it to rain. "Premium wash" is the equivalent of using a hose with low pressure for about 2 minutes but costs $18 bucks. It's really amazing how much it sucks. Place is always dirty, garbage always overflowing, just generally unkempt. If you just need gas you should be ok. Owner is lying in his response about this location not having a carwash, it has always had one since it opened. Can't believe how pathetic this owner is that they would just lie about it to make the review seem invalid. Read other reviews about the carwash and stay away
