Customer service staff doesn't seem to like their jobs. I can understand calling at work because this job is really boring sometimes.But I hope you can be more enthusiastic when you have guests instead of being cold and talking on the phone.
I was filling up gas, and was almost done; then the pump stopped (so I thought I filled a full tank). I go inside to pay and the guy tells me that I wasn’t allowed to pump gas when the hose is over my car (as I accidentally went to a pump where my gas hatch was on the opposite side of the pump). Whenever it happens to me at other shell gas stations they don’t mind, so I don’t know why he gave me such a hard time about it. Very irritating.
Night guy is definitely a little strange and seems genuinely disinterested in his job. Customer service in the day time is a different story. They have all juul pod flavors available which is a huge plus!
November 30 2016 The man working stopped the pump because i had my phone in my hand, thats understandable (whatever) then i asked him to use the washroom and he refused saying i have to go across the street to petro canada It was an emergency and he wouldnt let me use the washroom I might as well get gas at petrocanada from now on if they allow customers to use washrooms unlike this shell
PROS: It's a welcoming sight to see and easy to locate; gas prices aren't terrible. It's open longer than its Costco alternative, so that's a plus. CONS: While the location makes it easy to see, it's constantly busy and cars seem to be shooting out all over the place; it lacks the orderly flow of its Costco counterpart (making it feel rather chaotic & anxiety inducing, in my opinion).
