I used the carwash and the dryer was so powerful that my car came out looking spotless. I really appreciate the employee named Ishan, who helped me with the tire inflator machine. The coin wasn’t going through, so he tapped his card over the machine to complete my air purchase. I am truly thankful to him for his assistance.
Great customer service - super friendly and helpful guys and FAB car wash!! **Although it takes around 5 min to go through so just keep this in mind if you are the "4th car in line"... it could take a while - but if not in a rush, it's the best touchless car wash I've ever been in. You drive into the bay slowly (there is a bit of pre-spray as soon as you enter), then a sign lights up to advise when to stop. Turn off your engine and pull in your mirrors and wait. These instructions are also on a sign to the right of the entrance. The blowers at the other end of the bay are super strong. I didn't need to dry off my car or windows at all. Highly recommend.
I went to the carwash and there is no power.went inside and ask they told me close so shell should put the sign in place close otherwise as a regular customer how inconvenient for me usong the monthly pass.i noticed most of the shell don't care nowadays.
The tire inflator machine at this station accepts debit and Apple Pay! What a time to be alive. I also like that this is an actual service station with paper towels and a car wash. For some reason this station’s prices are always higher than nearby gas stations, but it’s good in s pinch.
Car wash does an overall good job at cleaning the outside of your vehicle, unfortunately the dryer malfunctions and stops prior to the time out period leaving vehicle only partially dry. White dude at Shell is a creeper ? douchebag with an attitude problem, no consideration for customer service. On the other hand, Harsh is an amazing compassionate individual whom is the only reason for my 3 star review, otherwise would have been a zero.
Car wash drier failed and my car had soap all over it. Asked for assistance they said only the manager could refund, who wasn't there. Poor service, attitudes and car wash. Go some where else.
