I go every once in awhile when I crave a good pizza, so today was the day July 25,2018.I ordered 2 small pizza's to go. One for me and one for my brother and his wife. I was surprised when I got them home and opened the box (usually they open at restaurant to show you but not this time).Before you would have a pizza the full size of the box . Thick crust and loaded with toppings and cheese. Not this time . Crust was thin and burnt on bottom and it was as thin as a pizza pizza. I brought up the web site and now now why. The business has changed ownership from an Italian woman to a foreign owner.Sad, as like others I raved over this place to people. I guess I'll have to look around for another pizza place to go because it is not worth the pricing for less pizza then we are use to. So sad
Absolutely love the quantity and quality of their pizza. Even though we went late at night the pizza was baked fresh and tasted great. It's a cosey small place, nothing fancy. Their prices are also reasonable.
Worst customer service EVER! The owner actually hung up on me. After waiting 3 hours for a pizza delivery 6 months ago, we attempted to try it one more time. Once again, they disappointed. I asked for an 815 delivery and they called to say pizza was done at 730 and would just wait. I told them this was unacceptable and the owner hung up. Would never recommend this place! Pizza Pino is way better and has great service!
My husband likes their pizza, but we couldnt figure out why they can't cook 2 pizzas at once when ordered at the same time, the oven is big enough.If they put a little cheese before the toppings so it wouldn't fall apart when eating it, just piling 1/2 a pound of cheese over the toppings doesn't "glue" the toppings to the crust
I have been ordering pizza from aunty's recipe for a few years now and have raved about it to friends and family. The toppings were fresh, delicious and plentiful (so much cheese). However, in the past several months when I have ordered, since the change of ownership, it has continued to go downhill. The toppings have decreased, as well as the amount of cheese, and today the lebanese hot peppers we have always gotten on our pizza are salty and the crust is dry and hard instead of soft and doughy like it was before. I will no longer be raving about this pizza and suggesting it to others. It used to be worth the extra time and money for this pizza, but it is no longer. Just another place that has fallen victim to cutting cost by sacrificing quality just to increase their bottom line.
