Went to test the Taste compared to other more famous franchises! Saw $6 Tuesday special. But went on Monday to check its taste:). Full priced meal was $12.42. Customer Service was good! Tried their Special Philly sauce etc., in their product! Fries were burned, professionalism was missing. Bath room was kept Clean on +ve note. Normally I check restaurant restrooms as an overall cleanliness factor of Restaurant supervision/ management’s care! Taste of food was Ok!
Underwhelming to say the least. Burger was very small and flavourless. They didn’t start to prepare my poutine until after they gave me my burger (we were the only people in the restaurant). The garlic aioli was empty so they just used mayo (thinking I didn’t see).
Thursday, November 20th, 2025 - 11:30am Im 5 minutes into my meal: ordered a philly cheesesteak with fries and a drink aswell as a poutine. So far amazing service and food i LOVE the poutine and the sandwich. 10 minutes into the meal: amazing so far, evrything is sitting well in my stomach and the man at the counter is super nice and willing to talk and converse about life. Very good conversation and food absolutely amazing experience. 20mins in and im done with my food now, amazing absolutely 5star
Food was great here! We got a philly cheesesteak and it was delicious! Made to order and full of flavour. The guy working was very nice and also efficient! Clean restaurant as well. Will definitely come back!
Just a simple steak sandwich that i asked for with mushrooms and she asked if I wanted with green peppers and I said no and I got steak sandwich with green peppers and no mushrooms
All I can say is wow. This poutine is probably one of the best I ever had. The way I decided to eat at Philthy Philly's was I searched up "best poutines in ajax" and Philly's showed up. I can confirm that it does live up to the reputation. The owner Raj was also such a welcoming person and made the experience much better. He's kind and I can see myself coming back there for just not the food but also to have convo with him lol. Overall, would highly recommend trying this place.
I recently ordered the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Butter Chicken Wrap deal from Philthy Philly’s with a Mountain Dew as my drink. The food was absolutely amazing—the butter chicken wraps were flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced with the right amount of fillings. Every bite was delicious and exceeded my expectations. However, there was one minor issue with my order. Instead of the Mountain Dew I selected, I received a ginger ale. While this may seem like a small detail, it does matter. It would have been much better if the restaurant had called to confirm my preference instead of assuming the substitution would be acceptable. Small gestures like this show the restaurant genuinely cares about the customer experience and pays attention to detail. Overall, despite the drink mix-up, the food was incredible, and nothing else went wrong with the order. I hope Philthy Philly’s takes note of this feedback to make the experience even better for their customers. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
