So I hear they've been open about over a year or so. ... I've gone there about 3 times.. I love it ..... food comes to you fresh (not fast food or food left lying around all day) I'm a man who loves his dumplins so when I seen they hav stuffed dumplins ... jerk stuffed, oxtail stuffed, and more.... yeah I tried them beautiful and filling these things are as big as my fist !!... next I wanna try their stuffed homemade beef patties !!! Must go when you are in the Ajax area... hell even if you're not in the are just go... great menu options !

Clean restaurant and amazing food. I go here almost every Friday and the food is consistently good. Definitely a great spot in Durham. Nuff respect.
I stumbled onto this place after several disappointing Jamaican food joints and thought to give it a try after reading all the great reviews and pictures.Place is neat and tidy with limited seating.Ordered the oxtail, jerk chicken and spicy patty. Oxtail was very tender with good flavour. Chicken was moist with a good kick. Beef patty was not that spicy but was good.Slaw was very fresh and love the fact they include a couple pieces of plantain!!!Only thing to nitpick is the box the oxtail came in...the flaps kept getting my hands covered in sauce, wasting most of that delicious sauce.
Flavours is a really nice carribean spot with a twist. The food and customer service here is great. We tried the shrimp mac and cheese, dumplings and coconut shrimp.
