I was assisted in finding a very special dress today. Sabrina greeted me kindly and brought me several dresses to try on. She took them to the dressing room and then continued to look for more dresses she thought I might like. Sabrina was very helpful with suggestions of different styles of dresses. I bought two dresses that were actually on sale for Cyber Monday. Thank you Sabrina for your wonderful help today. I am so happy with your assistance and advice.
We've just visited this store, and if i could give a higher than 5 stars to Karen I would. She was attentive, thoughtful and provided to us over and beyond exceptional service. I recommend asking for her when you get there, also i recommend her to Management for exceptional service. Andrea Chetram
It was my first time visiting this Laura and Melanie store . There were many beautiful clothes in the fall collection I chose some outfits to try on. I bought a great fitting and stylish pair of jeans. I think the next time I visit this location I will book an appointment with a fashion consultant.
I got a coat from here and the buttons broke the next week, very poor quality expensive but 100% polyester. Hate going to this location specifically since the second you enter the store bunch older ladies run and fight over customers very uncomfortable I feel like I’m being followed and watched also never going here again they are very unprofessional you hear them fight between each other over customers.
My wife has shopped at different Laura's stores for many years. She has always enjoyed them, She didn't find anything on this visit. It's a very large store with lots of room. They have a clearance area at the back.
The store I impeccable. Many clothing options for women here, including plus sizes. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store.
Came in today and felt like an intruder. There weren't many customers and the place smelled very odd. The manager was very rude and everytime I looked around, I felt kinda judged. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable and I left quickly after that. Probably never gonna return to this outlet. Would not recommend.
