Stopped in today to purchase dress pants. Don't know the name of who helped me, but she was fantastic. Showed me several options, lengths etc. Purchased the pants and a few other items. The store is well organized and laid out
Really bad customer service at the Ajax location. One of the cashiers was tied up with a long return/exchange order. And as the line to checkout continued to grow another worker just sat there watching and folding clothes, not jumping on a till to help clear the line.
Amazing service during covid! I had to go return a few items, and I hadn't left my house in 6 weeks so I didn't know what to expect. All the safety measures were clearly laid out on signs and communicated by the sales people. The only problem I encountered were the impatient customers waiting in line. They were quite rude to the people working but the manager explained everything very calmly to them. Kudos to the new girl and manager who helped me at cash! They were much more professional than I would have been in that situation
My wife loves Reitmans and has shopped at these stores for many years. Good location here with friendly and helpful staff. providing women's clothing and accessories. Their quality is very good
Staff is so annoying! They do not trust their customers at all! I shared my Birthday coupon with my mom because she wanted to buy something... the lady at the cashier refused to consider that coupon just because I was not present at the store!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
The service in this store is always great. It's also always clean and organized and a great place to find work wear, fitness clothing, outerwear, accesories or casual clothes for women.
