I met “the bra whisperer “ Andrea today during a Black Friday sale after three frustrating visits to other stores looking for a bra in my size. Andrea offered to fit me and give feedback and it was fast, efficient not at all awkward and very accurate. After losing weight and illness I had no idea and everything I’ve tried had been a miss. I left with three gorgeous bras recommended by Andrea and they fit beautifully, look great in my clothes and fill me with confidence! Thanks Andrea. Well See you again in 10 more pounds or so for done kick ass clothes to go with!
UPDATE DAY 7 OF BUSINESS DAYS AND THE MONEY IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PENNINGTONS LOCATION!!!! WELL ACTUALLY MOST PENNINGTONS!!! 26 years I've been a loyal customer and have now lost my business!! You know those reward coupons that YOU EARN? Well if you buy something with it and need to exchange or return the item you then lose the reward that IVE EARNED! How does that even make sense!?!?! And even after all that I still went and spent $100!!! Im so angry and disappointed! Can't get a supervisor and get lame excuses!!! Thats how you treat your long time loyal customer? Penningtons youve lost my respect and my business as well as others! Update....this is the second time at this store alone! I ordered online for in store pick up. I get there try it on and dont like it...so once I get told oh no problem ill just cancel it! Well canceling it puts a hold on your funds!!! I ordered October 8th and we are now the 15th!!! And well penningtons and the bank blame each other!! I just want my refund! They try and tell me I wasn't actually charged!! Well its still in y account with no refund!!! Again 26 yrs and thats how loyal customers are treated !! Just called penningtons and was told if it is canceled it takes up to 5 business days to be released meanwhile it clearly states on their website it says 3 days!!!! And why are associates not telling people the right thing when they cancel an order!!! Im always told oh no it will come off in a few hours! WRONG! ITS NOT THE SHOPPERS ISSUE ITS PENNINGTONS!!!! SO ONCE AGAIN GOT NOWHERE!!! SO GOOD LUCK ALL YOU SUCKERS THAT SYILL GO THERE! ILL BE BANNING PENNINGTONS AS WELL AS OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW!!! You did nothing to fix thr issue or even help the customer out! YOU CLEARLY DONT CARE ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!! It is nice but we were in at 4:50 and google said they close at 5:30. But we started getting dirty looks at 5:15. and asked and they said they closed 15 mins ago. (sunday) Wish they wouldve just told us. Pls update google.
Great staff, my wife loves this location. Shame it's closing down on Nov 27 2018. Told by the staff none of them are being relocated to surrounding stores. Such a shame to lose such dedicated, hard working employees.
Great service here! Really liked the staff. The clothing was organized and specific requests I made were met with friendly suggestions and I'd get walked to the examples.
Was in the store on March 22, 2016 to purchase some pants and t shirts. Knowing what size I needed going into the store, the sales lady Jennifer was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me obtain the clothing I needed. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with a very cheerful "Hello" and "How can I help you today". Jennifer knew exactly which questions to ask and which clothing would look good on me. She didn't hide from customers. Her customer service talents are excellent. She made the whole shopping adventure enjoyable.
