I have been a customer here for nearly 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. The team consistently provides fair, transparent pricing and exceptional workmanship. They communicate before, during, and after each visit so that I always understand what is being done and why (Thanks Suzanne!). They clearly explain what is worth repairing, and when a repair is not in my best interest. They have also honoured their warranties, even when I had forgotten about them, and I have never felt pressured or taken advantage of the way I often do at dealerships. I have recommended this shop to many friends, and they have all shared similarly positive experiences.
Today was my first visit to this place, recommended by Michael Boyer, GM. They are very professional in what they do and also reasonably cheap. They are also very friendly and polite.
It was love at first sight! Well -- not exactly love -- but I certainly loved the quality of Ajax Automotive Services' work, and the professionalism of their team. My car dealer's service department recommended them to me -- to fix a problem with my car's exhaust. And I will certainly recommend them to you. Their wide range of auto repair and maintenance services are first-rate. And their prices are surprisingly affordable. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.
My mom's muffler was falling off yesterday. CAA came and removed it and put it in her car truck. This morning she saw her neighbour and mentioned it to him. He recommended Ajax Automotive Services. We went there oh my gosh they were so professional. Showed my mom what needed to be replaced and they were very reasonable and don't try to sell you what you don't need. She got ehat she needed replaced and we were out of there in less than 1 hour. I would greatly recommend this business. Fast, efficient, reasonable and honest. Thank you for the mechanics who worked on her car and everyone else in this super friendly business.
Booked an appointment for transmission fluid flush for 8am. Car still not ready @ 2pm. The appointment was booked a week ago. They mentioned that the car needed a special transmission fluid and needed to be ordered from dealership. Why did they not order that prior to scheduled appointment knowing the vehicle details. I like to support small family owned businesses but this is unacceptable.
They are busy. Expensive (who isn't these days) but deliver a good product in a reasonable time. I will seek their sevices if required in the future. I especially like the options given prior to repairs.
Excellent service, Kelly, Lisa and Paul all staff are in great spirit, they don't sound like people there for business as priority but for helping people in needs and put them at ease ! Thank you anfd keep up the good work!
