the most horrible shop to go to! The owner is very rude and stressed out and gives poor customer service. Went there to have a resonator put in that I had already bought. price went from $140-$190.. when I got my car back my exhaust was hanging down muffler tips about a foot out and crooked.. after owner and I got into heated exchange he threw the keys to me and said here I won’t charge you anything. So I left went somewhere else to have it all fixed up. They are butchers.
*The shop damaged my front lip when they were changing my oil* Everytime I take my car to a shop, I usually check everything if something is damaged or not. So when the car was brought back around i saw that my front lip and bumper were dented. At first the shop guy was denying it and said it could have been my fault. Good thing I have a dashcam and caught the whole thing. They lied to my face straight up. The guy denying that they did it saw the whole thing happened and it was caught on video. If I didnt have my dashcam they would have gotten away with it. So please when you guys bring your car to a shop always double check and take pictures just incase you face the situation as me. They did offer to fix it (ofc) since i had evidence that they did it.
I went here to get my brakes done, They did a fantastic job. Customer Service was great, and everything was done in a timely manor. I would recommend this location to anyone.
In and out- super fast service for an oil change- got an appointment same day within a couple of hours of booking online. Great price great service- will be back for future oil changes for sure.
I came here to change my winter tires and for an oil change. I find them better than Mr. Lube Rossland that always tried to upsell me for services. Midas Westney is fair and honest. They are also prompt and trustworthy.
Love this place. Over the years, they have proved to be very honest with us. Could have said many times that we have a certain problem with our vehicles and charged us. On numerous occasions they have not even charged us for labor for very minor issues. Number one thing you want in a car repair shop is honesty and I have to say, Midas Ajax has that!
Took my vehicle in for a potential charging system issue and an oil change. When I got my vehicle back the remote starter wasn't working anymore. Called to let them know and was told that it was strictly coincidental the remote starter was working fine the morning I brought the vehicle into the garage and all of a sudden was not working the same evening when I got the vehicle back. Was told to take the vehicle to the dealership. COINCIDENCE...
