This is my third time coming here and I’ve been very happy with their work. They’ve done my brake change, provided me winter tires and oil change for my car at a great price. Thanks Ali and team!
Yesterday I stopped by this shop to see if they could change my rotors and brake pads, while they replace my rims/tires to my winter tires, as we agreed to come by as they first open this morning. I was 10 minutes before opening as they took my car and said it would take 2 to 3 hours. I stayed inside Tim Hortons to wait, as 2 hours went by and not 1 thing was touched yet. Due to the lack of customer services, I no longer wanted to give them business. They deserve this 1 star as i will never return to this company again.

Was looking for a mechanic for my car and my dad car in Ajax. A friend recommended me this place but he only came here once. Brought my civic here and it was fixed fine, just needed a new thermostat. My dad brought our Honda Pilot here, it had a misfire and just needed spark plugs. The guy which is the owner said something about the front left strut. Forgot exactly what he changed but the bill came over $1000 and he gave us the car back with a new ABS light showing. I wasn’t there to pickup the car but when my dad brought it home I was very unhappy. Which mechanic do you give a car to fix and gives it back with a problem and doesn’t care to diagnose it or tell you what it is for. I should’ve taken it back but I’m tired of dishonest and lazy mechanics.
I had a nail in the tire of my SUV on the Saturday before Canada Day. It was the afternoon and many shops were closed. Happened to drive by Sena Auto and two mechanics were already working on cars. I asked if they might be able to help with the tire at some point. They fixed it right away and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I stayed outside to keep out of their way. The mechanic that worked on it called me in to show me what he was doing with it. When it was done, they brought it to my car and put it in the truck. A++ service.
