Stance Factory is the only place I bring my vehicle. Why? They know everything about BMWs, are trustworthy and have amazing customer service. Plus, Jason is a super nice human being. You will not be disappointed if you're looking for maintenance, service or aftermarket work.
I've had two BMWs in my life and this is the only shop I've ever taken either one to; the professionalism is unmatched and the service quality is impeccable. Even when the news wasn't what I had hoped for, he was totally transparent and patiently answered my follow up questions. I'm a lifetime customer and you should absolutely be one too!
My niece towed her car that wasn’t able to driven to this solo mechanic shop, he didn’t help fix the issues if anything he made them worse. Be careful who you bring your vehicles to!! Not everyone is genuine.
Exceptional service (customer and technical). They know what your car needs and will do the very best quality for reasonable cost. We have two BMWs (M3 and 4 series) and wouldn’t bring them anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Did not have a good experience. They messed up and did not put in the effort to make it right; left having to spend more money somewhere else. Unfortunately, would not recommend.
Had to get my some major services done on my BMW , after calling around in London Ontario for quotes .. I called Jason and he was able to schedule me in so I drove the 2 1/2 hrs to his shop . Yes his rates were reasonable, however I also did so because I knew of his abilities and skills and that I could rest assured that the services needed on my car would be done right .. Yes he is my nephew but I’ve known for years that this is what he did and his attention to job being done right so , all the more reason for me drive to see him.
My best friend took his M3 to Stance and was always raving about the great service. He was rarely ever wrong, so I took my AMG in, and I was hugely impressed with the high level of service. Jason is very personable, and he takes his time explaining things. I'll definitely be back again, and I'd definitely recommend Stance to anyone who is looking for top tier service.
