Mark was amazing! I had dramatic smoking happening from my hood. He was honest, reliable and extremely trustworthy. Turns out it was just excess oil build up sitting on a shelf inside my hood – nothing scary at all – and he didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. As a woman, it means so much to find someone who doesn’t try to upsell, fear tactic, or take advantage. I truly appreciate his integrity and I highly recommend him!

I had the engine light come on in my BMW X5 and after reading all the great reviews online, I decided to take it to Autobahn East BMW Specialist — and I’m so glad I did. From the very first visit, I could tell this place was something special. Marc, the mechanic, is hands-down the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I’ve ever met. You don’t come across people like him often in the auto repair world. Not only did Marc and his wonderful wife (who runs the front desk and is incredibly helpful and kind) fix the original issue, but Marc also discovered a dangerous gas line leak near the injector that could have caused serious problems. I’m so thankful for his sharp eye and integrity — he truly cares about the safety and well-being of his customers. He didn’t even charge me for the first visit, which was such a pleasant surprise and speaks volumes about his values. Yes, it’s a bit tough to get an appointment — but that just shows how in-demand and well-loved Marc is in the BMW community. When someone takes care of your car like it’s their own, you don’t mind waiting a bit! I’ve already booked my next service appointment with them for April 30, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my BMW now. The service provided to me today at Autobahn East workshop was remarkable and exceptional! I own a BMW X1 model and recently noticed stiffness on my steering wheel. I did a lot of searches online and read through countless number of reviews before finally deciding to fix the issue at Autobahn East workshop (Ajax). First and foremost, he treats your car as if it were his own. He went far and beyond to check my car and told me what the problem was. He ordered the part, showed it to me, fixed it and even showed me the replaced part. All of which was completed within few hours and at a great price! He also went as far as checking everything on my car to ensure there was no issue on my car before I drove out of his auto shop.
